i just bought an '84 hatch LX and the brights are on, i can't find the switch for them. you guys have any ideas?

IIRC it's on the steering column, you have to pull it back

should be a light emblem on it

the only things on the steering column are the blinker switch, the wiper switch, the tilt lever, the hazard switch and the key lock thing.

i have a 83 U MUST PULL BLINKER SWITCH TOWARD YOU IT WILL CLICK,IF U PUSH IT IN THE HORN WILL BLOW.

thanks, i guess the switch was just a big sticky or something.

perhaps its a newer steering column in an older car ? the newer cars had the switch near the cluster
