My passes from HOT ROD Pump Gas Drags in 2004

I really hate the direction PGD's have gone the past year and this coming year. I wanted to build a vehilce to possibly run in them, but at this point my truck wouldnt even be allowed to run on account of not having carpet and at least 1/2 of the interior or some garbage like that. :jagoff: No wipers or heater either so I still wouldnt qualify. Plus you cant use water injection and nitrous or combinations of stuff like turbo and nitrous etc. GHEY.

:roll: No its a small truck, there really isnt much of an interior besides several plastic pieces. The heat and wipers I would have left on but the previous owner took them off. To expensive or complicated to put the crap back on at this point.

Tremec 3550, nope not pro-shifted. It actually broke the next time out after that race. I fixed it, it broke again then put a c-4 in my car. :lol:

Have you tried to go back? Sounds like your car could be a contender for possibly a top 10 finish now.

Nope, just like any other type of class they get out of control. That was the first year and really the only time I had a shot. They changed the format now, it went to a heads up format to determine final standings now.

I actually could've/should've placed better, I had the car jetted way down since they said they were going to be strict on NHRA rules and I didn't have a 9.99 cage in the car then so I jetted it so I would run 10.0. I hit that pretty much on the money!

Not the only one but one of the few, I drove it from the hotel to comp cams then drove back to the hotel after the race.
