I had a issue with some work they did for me, and they went beyond to make sure they took car of it for me. Stand up guys thats for sure.

Eric, I want to thank you for not coming on here and bashing the machine shop like so many other do these days when they have a problem. I deal with these kind of people everyday here at diamond, and its nice to see a person come on line and vent, yet still keep his cool and not bash.

I didn't feel it was right to bash since I hadn't given them a chance to fix the problem. They stood up to their reputation and offered to fix the problem and it required no hassel what so ever for them to offer it. Mistakes happen.
