Its the tires they are shot . . . Your never gonna 60ft good with those on the car trust me . . . put some M/T Radials on it and go fast !!

you ssaid kts or something made the TA? what shocks and stuff are on the back? is the front of the TA adjustable? I assume the lca angle is adjustable?
new tires probably would help. they may cover the suspension issue though
