Its got 2X4 rails that sit inside the front factory rails and go all the way back.
82- most likely a c6. unless it gets the 2.3:rolleyes:

What are you putting in that thing anyways? And are you painting it like a pace car?
 
Its either going to be a pace car clone or an 80 cobra clone-- keep going back and forth. UPS dropped off another pace car nose today- im becoming a horder

Worked on the car this weekend. Kinda got sidetracked with my time and money after picking up the mystic cobra. Anyways, the cars been sitting with the rear susp mocked up but not in since last fall. I had to move the coilover crossmember up about four inches so it didnt sit like a 70's reject. I also got around to mounting my panhard bar. Not the prettiest rear chassis but most of it was someone elses project and what I did I made with scrap steel.
