M mrvids Forum Member Apr 26, 2015 #1 I had a 2000 motor swapped into my 97 Mustang. The connectors on the throttle cables are different. So the 2000 cable connects to the engine but uses a different type connector to the gas pedal. Can I swap gas pedals to cure the connection issue?
