mustang idle/stalling issues

I have an 89 mustang with average hci stuff. Recently the car stalls while stopping at a light and while slowing down to turn. It will restart immediately.
It's also been hunting for an idle. I cleaned and changed the iac already. tps is set at .98. I've checked for vacuum leaks and cant find any.
Dist, tfi, coil, o2's, vss? where to start?

Maybe O2's. Did you check the sweep of the TPS? It might read .98v at idle, but jump around when you rotate the throttle. Or maybe the EGR valve is leaking.

I have a throttle plate, no egr. I got a resistor from fordfuelinjection for the egr delete and have no egr codes.
I checked the sweep of the tps and it went smoothly to 4.6 or so.
I sprayed everywhere for leaks and didnt find any.
I checked codes and didnt get an o2 although its possible.

how far away are you from roseville?my brother just bought a mac scanner and im sure he will scan it for free,i can ask him if you want.let me know?

yep, somehow.
The fuel pump is not getting a signal to turn on, the +12 that runs the pump is at the relay though. I can hear a relay turn on for a second when you turn the ignition on.
The injector's didnt have +12 either.
I recently moved the solenoid to the inner part of the fender. I saw smoke coming from said fender the last time it quit so thats where i will start checking fusible links.
