Mustang cold air intake parts 86-93

I bought this because I wanted that cool chrome bracket for the fender but it didn't work out for my turbo kit. This is not a complete kit.

Need a SFI 50oz 157t flexplate BTW

What is missing? It appears maybe just the cone filter?

Yes, filter and 1 hose from the inlet pipe to the throttle body and hose clamps are missing.

Looks to me as if it could be used as is if someone just hooked it to their maf and added a filter. Somone has to need one, and this is cheap enough.
