Multiple Codes - How are they connected?

-P0020 "A" Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit (Bank 2)
-P0042 HO2S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 3)
-P0302 Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected

Any thoughts? They came on like 3 weeks ago, cleared them, all came back at the same time. I think last time the third one was for a bank running lean though...maybe MAF needs a clean....and some other stuff :icon_conf
 
Cylinder head grounds or the ECM harness ground up on the core support near the power ditrobution center. Try cleaning the grounds.
