the scoop is getting painted, thats why its not on, but after all the bullshit, its ready to go. openday weather looks shitty, so next weekend i guess. its 2 years to late, but at least its all done. i should have took pictures of the black marks. pulled 4 gears! going to take some getting used to with this 5 speed

nope, street car. 5 inch bullets! LOL! As low as the car sits, 5 inch exhaust all the way to the rear end fits no problem. motor is kinda wierd, its real quiet at idle, even with 5 inch bullets. my old 395 for motor was louder. but it will sound crazy in the burnout box. its crazy loud at higher rpm. we just put it on the chip and let it go. it was fun as hell. it rpm different than anything i have drove. dont know if it will be fast, but it feels like it. will have to see.

dont have a clue. dont even know how to guess. its an old prostock motor, real old, that i updated a little. motor made 1104 on the dyno. motor had been 6.99 at like 204 in a chassis car, 2300 pounds. car wieghs 3100 with me in it, so one paper, if all was good like 7.8.-90. but with it only being 800 pounds or so heavier, its half the tire, its a 29w and its a dual disk clutch. going to take me a while to get the clutch to work. its a killer piece, just like in prostock car, but its a ladder bar camero. going to take a while to work, but i think 8.20s,.30 should be close? just got to get the clutch and car and me to work. i might even put my buddy rubin in the car for the first couple passes, hes drivin a libery before, and might get the clutch close then put the myself in. will have to see. just want to have some fun. this car was hell for me, lots of work, so really just want to have some fun with it. gotta get the pace car out too, but this thing has been a long time comming

Should be a fun ride man! Can't wait to see/hear it hitting 9k over and over down the track!

yep it soulds cool 9k is shortshifting it. its onlly 499 inches, it pulls to 10 grand, but the valve springs wont live. and they are expensive! so we got to keep it down, right around 9 grand, and they should be good for 40 or so passes
