Based on a few member requests, I've decided to organize a track rental for 2015. As you all know, we're a bit late to the game so only a few dates are available this point. I know most of you prefer cooler weather for quicker ET's so I think either of these 2 dates will work great! August 15th was open but it's the same day as the dream cruise so that won't work since I'll be busy shopping/cooking/etc for all of you this week already and can't be 2 places at once. :nopity: Saturday October 10th/24th are the 2 choices at this point. We'll have a 4 hour time block and can start as early as 9. Beginning at 3 pm, racers who attend the rental will be able to attend the test and tune that begins at 3 pm at no extra charge! I need you guys to vote asap as I need to pin down one of these 2 dates before they're gone. Cost is $2500 for up to 40 cars and includes 60 spectators. Last rental we blew the 60 spectator #'s out of the water so we'll need to raise a bit more than the 2500 for the rental. Here's what I'm thinking on pricing..
$100 for non-members
$90 for current club members
$115 for anyone who's not a member and wants to help support the club so that we can put on events like this/Woodward/Picnic or if you'd like to renew your membership you will receive the discounted rate of $90+$25=$115. This will save you $10 on this event and $10 on our Woodward Lot rental as well! Anyone who purchases this package, I'll throw in couple Motown Muscle plate frames as well!
