Thanks for the kind words, Mike. I bought it used four years ago and it looked showroom new. I've since put more than 40,000 miles on it and it still looks fairly clean for a six year old car with 50,000 miles on it.

Yep, I know the Motorwerks crew, especially Satish and Billy. Great guys and they do great work!! My car has a handful of mods. I took care of the basic ones myself but they took care of all the more tricky ones and did a terrific job.

How do you happen to know them? Have they worked on your car(s)? Or???

LOL. For what it's worth, I agree with your BIL! If I'm in the area I'll sometimes stop in just to see what projects are underway. A couple of weeks ago they were working on an SL600, which has a 6 liter, twin turbo V12. My car has the 5.4 liter supercharged V8 engine which is decent enough but doesn't have the same modding potential.

I ran 11.7s at 122 on Saturday, which is a fairly typical result for me. I've had ETs as low as 11.4 and trap speeds as high as 126 but both were on very low air density days. The 126 trap also came on a day when I ran without the 90 lb passenger seat. That's not a typo: 90 lb passenger seat!

How about you? I'd expect your car to be pretty quick.
