i'd email them and act like a company that may be interested in using them and ask them for a copy of their spill plan and about their chemicals on whats what. tell them it may be a requirement for your ISO14001 environmental cert. of your company to have a copy of them on file and you'd like to view the plans for compliance.....or i can send an email if you'd like.....shoot me a PM.

Id be willing to bet that if the HAZMAT is stored in a PODS container that I will not fly. As everyone mentioned, EPA, DNR, Zoning etc. I know that OSHA (probably doesnt apply here) is very particular about how chemicals are stored. Flame resistance cabinets, MSDS avail to all workers and accounted for.... there are sooooo many rules and regulations.

At the Secretary of State today one of the TV's showed "see something suspicious?" Contact the State Police and it gave their 800#, why not? I'm sure you could find the # on their website.

Im just interested, mainly because it can be a huge deal if the proper channels are taken.
That and I just got royally screwed by a neighbor because they called the city from me having wood (neatly stacked) in my back yard and the city called it blight and then needed to do a home inspection and blah blah blah.... there was no way around it.
Sometimes small issues turn into big ones. I can see a POD full of chemicals being a pretty big issue

I got a peek inside there, its weird. Its a bunch of random shit now. And all of a sudden he stopped using his work truck and it doesn't move. He hasn't had his equipment out since then either. Either he got tipped off by my call to the township or another neighbor got the ball rolling.
