I am selling my Modine 45000BTU HD45 Hot Dawg Heater...it only has 2 seasons use on it and is in perfect working condition. Please see pic below, I still have the original instructions that will come with it. If you have any questions please pm me. This would heat my 2.5 car garage very fast. Selling for $380 firm

these are recommendations from their website...sorry Mike doesnt look like itll work
 
its setup for natural gas but i believe all the parts are still in the package to convert it to propane too
