Mock up LSX motor

I'm helping a friend mock up a motor in his car and he hasnt decided firm if hes going 5.7/6.0/6.2 yet. Is there any outer dimension differences if we mocked up a 5.3 to do the turbo plumbing and then went to a 6.2 later? I know the front accessory mounting plate is different, but anything else?

aside from a few accesory hole diference the one potentially aggervating differnce could be the 6.0 iron to 5.7 aluminum deck hiehgts. 6.0 iron motors " i don't know if 5.3's are the same" tend to be 5-10 thousandths shorter then the aluminum blocks. aside from that. not really.
 
knock sensor location shouldnt be an issue in using it for mock up. however the 5.3 will be in the valley not on the side of the block
