Hi Guys,

We have the lot for Woodward. We plan to be at our same lot from last year on the west side of Woodward just south of 11 Mile. We have 41 parking spaces in the lot with good access to Woodward and we will have bathroom facilities at the lot again. If demand is high enough we have an option to buy expansion spots for daily drivers to the south of us or move into the larger middle lot if we can get 65-82 cars. So we will see how things look as people sign up.

The lot is at located to the north of 26789 Woodward. It's at the north west corner of Woodward and Borgman which is one block south of 11 mile Road, on the west side of Woodward. You enter the lot from Borgman.

We have sidewalk access for the lawn chairs. The spots in front of the lot in the public parking area on Woodward are not a part of our lot so please do not park there. The city sells those spots with parking permits the day of the cruise.

The cost will remain the same as last year. The cost is $55 for members that are current on their dues and $65 for all alumnae members and guests. The cost is per parking spot and not bodies in the car.

We will have our usual mix of grills with hot dogs, burgers, buns, chips, ice, pop and utensils provided. People are asked to bring a dish to pass or if they have something to toss on the grill that can be accommodated too.

I was thinking of going this year, but holy shit is that expensive! I'll pass on reserving a spot, but if I go and we're within walking distance, I'll stop by to say hello.

A Spot, all the food you can eat, all the drinks you need and a clean bathroom... it's not too bad for a full day hahaha.

Rick, I forgot to add, we have 2 canopies that we will bring, and some long tables. I might try to bring some breakfast, and of course the italian sausage with peppers and onions.
 
Sounds good Carm. We'll get the four canopies tied together again for shade. That worked well last year. Ahhh the sausage and peppers rock :)

Updated the tread title to have the date since we all don't know that!
 
Put me down for one spot. I should hopefully be recovered from my surgery by then, but alot is still up in the air on that.
 
No spot for me as I live just three blocks up Woodward from there. But I'll likely drop by and see you guys.

It's ok to park the daily drivers too if you just want to be out on Woodward for the party. We just keep those in the back rows or if we overflow we have spaces in the other lots. I'll be the traveling pit crew as always with the truck, durango and a minvan full of people and food and drinks. :D
