do you have to narrow the rear end when you do a mini tub setup? or can you change the offset of the wheel?
and what back space would work

i didnt narrow mine when I did it. I ran 10" 6.5 back space wheel. It's easier to find wheels thou if you shorten the rear end. a 6.5 tucks ok but a 7.5 would fit better on a stock width rear but only one or two companys produce 7.5bk space wheels with out special order...

champion wheels will make whatever BS you need. every wheel is made to order.

mine is narrowed 2" each side

You don't need to narrow it, but it looks cooler if you do, and there are also slight strength and weight advantages from narrowing it. On both my cars, the 9" ends are moved all the way to the lower control arm support. Some say that's 2" per side, but it depends on which year rear end housing you start with.

I got a narrowed rear end 6inch total didn't have to get offset lower control arms
Or anything and I used a 15x12 rim
With a 6 inch backspacing and it worked perfect. ALSO the reared is for sale
