Not alot of pics but ill get more as it goes.. i welded the upper TQ boxes up to night.. took f'in 4 hours to clean off the under coating so i could weld the darn things..

And its gets really fricken smokey in this place when doing so..

What are you doing where the tank was, mine looks the same way. I got my tubs in but I need to figure out what I am doing with that big hole where the tank was.:dontknow: I got some metal to cover the hole and might do a fuel cell. Yours looks great.
 
Im definately not looking forward to mine this winter or whenever i decide to start on it......i have to do a 10pt., subframes, and possibly a mini tub. and im smoothing the engine bay.

Yeah i finished smoothing the engine bay about a month ago..

I wanted to do the tub's before the cage due to me cutting up the frame in the back a lil and re-boxing in parts..

But to come is a 12 point, thru the floor sub frames and some other stuff to make it 25.5 cert.

I'm going to have to order the cells and figure that out more once I get them..

I have to fit a 12 gallon fuel cell and a 10 gallon one for the intercooler..

But basicly im gunna put the rear back in do the coil overs and set the car up how it should sit..

I want to draw a imaginary line from where teh tire touches the ground to the bottom of the bumper so i know how low i can mount the cells with out them havin the possibility of hitting the ground if it makes it way onto the bumper on day..

I have a bunch of 3\4 x 3\4 square stock im prob going to use to build cages to hang the cells..

Not using one.. I'm gunna have guth metals roll the tubs for me and then everything else i'll fab up

Way cheaper..

teamzmotorsports makes a good kit, also autoweldchassis.com does too...the one form autoweld is really cheap like $100 or so...

Thanks, I was just wondering what setup he was going to use.
I have the autoweldchassis.com kit in my car, I also have there anti-roll bar coilover setup nice piece.
