MIG Weld Shielding Gas

I started to fab up the new aluminum intercooler tubing and need to buzz this stuff together. I've got a Lincoln MIG welder that can do AL.

Where do you guys get your shielding gas at? I need to rent a bottle too, obviously. Ballpark price for Argon/Helium mix?

Thanks!

Some MIG welders have problems with using aluminum wire. They tend to "bird nest" between the rollers and the inlet to the wire liner. It is best to use a spool gun when MIG welding aluminum, but for a good looking, quality weld (especially for intercooler tubing), you may want to consider having someone TIG weld it for you.
