The guy that hit her already had the police looking for him. He had just been in a domestic with his wife, he's been chasing his wife threw Port Huron. Witnesses said he was doing 80 & blowing threw stop signs. Luckily he saw my wife and my wife saw him. Both were able to slow down but not avoid hitting. Dodge 1500 vs Saturn Aura (ours). Dodge got hit in the front of the bed and the aura lost a headlight and bumper cover.

Didn't get a chance to exchange insurance info because the cops were arresting his ass. Charged with Domestic and reckless driving. We have Broadform so no deductible, but I expect our rates will go up again because they are paying.


I Hope he feels like ass sitting in jail.

So Port Huron Bump shop guys, do you give a free loaner and take state farm insurance? If so PM me..
 
I never understood insurance premium increases for accidents you're not at fault with. Isn't the point of these high monthly payments in case of such incident? Then they think it's ok to turn around and charge more to make up for it? Insurance premiums should only go up if you get points on your record (if that!).
 
If this is your first accident, or less then 3 in the last 5 yrs, your rates shouldn't show up. Get a copy of the police report saying she was not at fault, and show your insurance company. They should not go up.

It's Teresa's 1st, I had one last year (not at fault either).
