METRO AIRPORT? Where do you go to p/u Freight? Dog Kennel?

My sister is flying her dog to Michigan to stay with me for some time. She's might be heading back to the middle east.

The dog arrives tomorrow on Frontier Airlines. They said I had to pick up the dog in "FREIGHT" no baggage pick up. Where is that at? They said it is not baggage, or oversized baggage.

HELP, I haven't a clue where to go.

Also, they said to give them an hour from when the plane lands to give them time to get the dog over to freight. Does that make sense?

Any ideas?
 
I didn't make the airline reservations, my sister just called and said pick her up in freight. Plus she's in Colorado and they don't know where it is in Detroit.
 
Ahhh. Maybe call the airline?

I thought attorneys were supposed to be good at details and research? ;) :D
 
Call this number 1-800-432-1359 they should be able to point you in the right direction. One hour is standard for freight recovery at all airlines.

Previously worked for the FBI, and she's a competitive shooter (ridiculously priced specialty handguns).
Just bought a sport bike to get around DC.
