Meth injection or Air to Air Intercooler?

I have an 04 GT with a vortech S-trim setup. I was leaning towards fabbing up a FMIC and converting my draw thru system to a blow thru using a vortech mini race bypass valve and a PMAS MAF. Then I heard some good things about methanol injection and now I don't know which route to go. The car has the stock longblock and I want to make it last as long as possible.

Which will be safer for the motor?
 
I agree, after having meth injection I wish I would have went with an intercooler. No worrying about running out of meth, leaks, pump breaking, etc.
