Ha, I watched it las night too, all 30 minutes. The car left Chris Harris at a loss for words and that never happens. Lol. Amazing piece of machinery.

Also interesting how the LED headlight trim and taillights appear to flicker on camera based on the interaction between the PWM controller and the frame rate of the camera.

I would love to drive this car. I honestly think it's kind of ridiculous looking, but it looks bad ass in black at night going around the track. Clearly this is a new level of performance. People give McLaren hassle for not releasing a Ring time, but by the eyeball test, this just looks appreciably faster than a 918 or a LaFerrari. A RWD car on street cars that will run 9s @ over 150 is pretty insane.

Whatever you guys do with that paint is magic. I've had a little bit of everything and the pearl white paint on my MP4 is absolutely the best paint I've seen on a production car. It's laughably better than Ferrari or Lamborghini. Whether it's the process or the paint, whatever you or McLaren are doing, you're doing it right.

Saturday I saw a white MP4 driving East on 96 just past the Okemos exit. It was cold, melting ice, salty, i thought, hell I'd be driving it also!

I was driving it last week, but not in Michigan. I'm sure there's a few around.
