the whole car needs to be resprayed, and theres a couple spots with rust getting under the paint on the hatch that need some attention. its also gonna need new side mouldings and possibly a rear bumper cover

If you're still looking for some bartering a buddy of mine that does paint work would probably be interested in working something out. He has done work for me and I'm really happy with it. He's also a foxbody guy sooooo he knows his way around em.
