Bag Looks very similar to this....it is adjustable in height, and is filled with either water or sand. It has water in it right now, but will be emptied for easier transport. My friend bought it brand new for around $200, and I bought it from him for $50 for my son, who is no longer in martial arts.....Motown Member price would be $25.
