Nipple show-er
I was going to do some last minute shopping today around 4pm and we were getting on 94 west from 23 and noticed a black tahoe with a police badge looking decal on the door, it was hauling ass down the inside shoulder along the concrete barrier passing cars. I thought that was odd because I had never seen a police vehicle around here like that. Then I saw a parade of over 15 MSP and sheriffs in hot pursuit. Came home to see if i could figure out what it was about, turns out some crazy doped up guy got arrested for stealing a car, and while unattended in the back of the tahoe he kicked through the barrier and stole the vehicle. He made one hell of a getaway attempt!
