Macomb county realtor recommendation?

We might be moving in the spring of next year, I'd like to have a realtor come over and give me an idea on what to list my house at, and also what I need to do to get top dollar. (I have a few unfinished house projects).

Anyone have any recommendations or personal experience with someone? Thanks.
