Lt1 tuning question

I have an Lt1 383 stroked motor Lt4 heads and Intake big nitrous cam with the ltcc coil over conversion. I had it tuned last year and made 415hp and 390ftlbs torque. Since last year I changed my gear from a 323 to a 373 and fixed an intake leak and lifter problem. I got it tuned again last week and made less power. 375hp 360ftlbs torque. The tuner said it was because of the gear change. Any thoughts
 
Different dynos can often equal different results. I have seen gear changes lower power numbers.
