Used on my single turbo SB and twin-turbo BB combos. Extension harnesses not shown but are included (18" extension IIRC). Extensions sell for $50/each new.
I have one of the stock mounting brackets but don't know where the other ones went - I didn't use them on my combos. These coilpacks were brand new when I bought them (not off of a used truck) so they are in great shape with very little use.
