Looking for Build History - 1994 Firebird~

A friend of mine up in Michigan purchased a 1994 firebird. It has a T/A front clip and has a F-117 plate on the TB. All black, T-Tops. Tons of safety issues that he has to fix, but nothing that prevents it from driving.

We are trying to find some motor/trans history on the vehicle because I can say with 100% certainty, it ain't stock. If this sounds like a car anyone is familiar with, please let me know. Thanks
 
I will have them look into that and also the trans. I believe it was Automatic. I will have them look into it and give me the info.
