Looking for advice on media blasting or acid dipping.

I want to get rid of all the surface rust underneath the car. I would like to media blast it because it's the easiest of the two but what do you do about inside box sections and areas the blaster can't reach? Before I spend all my money on paint I want to make sure I removed everything and don't want to see a bubble a few years down the road. Any thoughts?
