Current roommate is moving somewhere closer to his work. This is the place I offer:

Owner: Jack � 28 year old, easy going, laid-back, car guy, works full time in the automotive industry.
About the place:
I pretty much keep to myself, and I respect my roommate�s privacy. I do my own thing and you can do yours, come and go as you please as long as you aren�t waking me up in the middle of the night. The house was built in 1994, it�s decorated in a contemporary style, and I take care of my house� I expect whoever else who lives with me to respect their surroundings and my hardwork.
This is a month to month agreement, which is great if you are looking to avoid the commitment of a long term lease. The house is located in Clinton Township, close to Metro Parkway, I-94, and 696, which obviously makes commuting extremely convenient. The house is close to Macomb Community College and Baker College, so this would be a great opportunity for a working student.
There is no security deposit, but if you cause any damage to the house or any of our belongings you are responsible for covering any costs.
Rent: $320+utilities (which varies but usually no more than $100/month) non-negotiable
TV: Cable (Comcast)
Internet: High Speed Wireless (Comcast)
Washer/Dryer: In the basement.
Smoking: downstairs or outside
Parking: In the street.
The Room: Comes unfurnished, but I have an extra twin size bed and an older TV that works great and can offer these if needed. The room has a lock on the door and a closet, and you can use the basement for minimal additional storage.
Common areas: Full bathroom upstairs including shower/tub, however I've been starting to finish the basement in October and the first thing going in is a bathroom with a shower. Kitchen upstairs with stove and dishwasher, you have a fridge for your use in the basement. In the basement there is a few couches and a TV which is there for your use, as well as a treadmill and weight set if you like to work out. You are more than welcome to use any common areas, as long as you clean up after yourself.
