Looking for 4.6 for 97 Mustang GT

Looking for someone to install a 4.6 into my Mustang GT. So I'd need a motor and installation to go with it. It's an automatic, if that makes a difference.

Would a 5.4 work with the current auto transmission that I just had rebuilt?

I know a guy who had a couple new 4.6L PI. It's been a while, but I can try to see if he still has one. I know someone who could install it too probably if you're still looking.
