The BK King: Christopher Walken (who really does play the "King" drug dealer in the movie).
Ronald McDonald: David Caruso who plays a police officer. The setting leading up to this particular scene from the movie is quite amazing/unexpected.

The movie: King of New York. It's a pretty good gangsta type movie from 1990 which also has some other very good actors in it. Laurence Fishburne also plays a really good part in this flick.
