Its hard to say really. I got a 331 with Highports and I don't have 30k into mine. Then again I got a great deal on my stuff.

Just because you don't have 30k in your does not mean he can't. Besides him having high dollar heads and everything else, its fuel injected. That's $$$$$ right there.
