We recently had a 2011 5.0L F150 in the shop for a few mods and a tune.

We installed an AFE CAI, 4.10 ring and pinion, and custom dyno tuned the truck.

I was out of the office that day, so I didn't get video of it on the dyno, but a few of the guys here got some video of it on the street.

Unfortunately, we don't have baseline numbers because there was another car on the dyno and the customer needed it back quickly.

He did however go to the track after he got it back and was happy with the results. It ran 13.2 @ 107 mph.

My Lightning (except air box) has run a best of 13.45 at only 100 mph. The new F-150 with the 5.0 is a hot number alright! 107 trap is huge! I'm impressed!
 
The exhaust is stock, but it does sound loud in the video. Some of what you are hearing is the CAI.

I posted this on another forum and some think the MPH is off a bit, but another guy with virtually the same truck (CAI, 4.10, Our tune) + exhaust and drag radials said he went 12.95 @ 104 mph
