License Plate Painting...

Can anyone re-letter license plates here? Is anyone a sign painter? I can blast the plate and even paint the background color, but I shake too much to letter it.

PS - I know I can go to a sign painter, but I don't know of any. I want to give someone here a chance first - But, if anyone knows someone, then please pass the name along.
