Looking for a rental house, for 6-12 month+. 3 bedroom at least, preferably with a semi finished basement with bathroom. Have two small well behaved chihuahuas, and a bunny. Smoking preferred, but would go outside if needed. Lower the move in cost, the better. Anywhere from like Berkley, to Warren(certain parts), north to Rochester. Looking to move in ASAP, current place runs out Dec. 1

Safe neighborhood, home alarms (pit-bulls), newly installed plywood doors and windows, walking distance to bullet proof glass liquor stores, on street parking (jack stands included), natural ceiling lights, year around air conditioning, nightly neighborhood fireworks, upstairs has beautiful "blackened" paint with "wet" bar, front porch couches and chairs (neighbors included!), I can go on and on about this great home but you have to see it (bring bullet proof vest and a .45) to believe it!

if you want to come this way let me know, i might be getting transfered south for work. i have a 3 bed 3 bath, 2 car garage in Fort Gratiot that would be in your price range. we are going to rent it or just sell it havent decided yet
