Lemonade mistake....WTF!

The rent a cop had no right getting involved. I would be in jail right now, if a cop tried to take my daughter.

The guy is a U of M prof, its not like he's an idiot.

The guy probably rarely visits the store for beer anyway. That was the dumbest shit ever. Flashlight cops really overstepped their bounds on that one.

Nooooo, it just goes to show that just because you are a teacher at U of M it doesn't mean you are smart

This guy is a waste... shoot, the bones and clay pot pieces that he digs up have more IQ points than he does. :D

The bottle says right on it that it's 5% alcohol by volume. It has the flipping Surgeon General's warning about alcohol on it. It was cold and sold to adults in the beer/drinks lines or the vendors that only sell alcohol on it. They flipping carded him for the drinks. :D

He served a minor in the park and that's a $10K for the park. You better believe they should have yanked his chain. :D

aww come one, a 7 year old could handle 1 mikes hard. I think the blame should fall on the idiot vendor who sold it to the little kid

Comerica Security didn't take the child, Social services did.

It's a BS story for sure, the system broke down.

Reading about that and the 7 year old who stole grandmas Durango and hit some cars on the same day was wild. Notice nobody took the 7 year old thug-wanna-be away from his 'home' :jagoff:

Ummm... giving your 7yr old a alcholic drink DOES make you an idiot.
Let me guess , he's a prof but he can't read?
Ignorance is not an excuse to be able to be a bad parent.

Looking at the Mikes bottles, it certainly doesn't jump at you it contains alcohol. The sign at Comerica even says MIKES LEMONADE.

While I agree 99.9% of us know what it is, I think in this case its possible he slipped up.
Regardless, taking his son for two days and not even letting him stay with family is over the top.

He's from U of M-- and he was probably too busy thinking about where to recycle his sandals than to read the bottle. Jackass.

And I agree, if some flashlight cop tried to grab my daughter I'd bite his nose off then show it to him.
