Lemon Law Attorney ???

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a attorney to help out in a Lemon Law case? It is for my neighbor who has a Polaris Ranger that has been in the shop 5 times now for the same problem. Pretty long story but I feel bad for him as the thing has never been off-roaded and he only has 20 hours on it which was basically just pulling his kids around on a small trailer in the yard. He is royally getting eff'ed by Polaris and they keep saying they cant figure it out.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Im curious what the issues with the machine are. I mean, they arent super complicated so I dont know why they cant fix it after 5 repair attempts. Do you have any info on it?

It is blowing fuses in or at the ECU. He put a winch/plow and street legal kit on it which they went through the entire wire harness and found no issues. The weird thing is that there is a 20 amp fuse for the turn signals that is in line before the 40 amp that keeps blowing in the ECU. Polaris is blaming the turn signal kit, the turn signal kit company is saying not at all possible with the problems you are having.....just a never ending circle. Where the Ranger sits not is that the signal kit is completely removed and the ECU is still blowing fuses shutting down the vehicle.....hope that makes sense.

was the problem there before the modifications were done? If No thats gonna be the out polaris uses. they will blame the aftermarket conversions Im surprised the dealer even is trying to get it covered under warranty

He put an aftermarket kit on, he stands zero chance. The will deny all claims since the electrical system was modified by a non OEM unit. Shouldn't have touched it if the problems existed before the modifications.

As stated above, he doesnt stand a chance with a lemon law more than likely now. Its documented that he has modified the machine/electrical system so thats going to be the battle. Even if tho that was most likely not the issue.

What parts have they swapped out so far? When does the fuse blow? Is it blowing when hes at a certain RPM, when he turns the handle bars a certain way? Im willing to bet there is a bare wire contacting the frame at certain points of frame flex or steering angle etc that blows the fuse.
