yea but I don't drive vehicles and haven't received a violation in 5 years. My last violation was a 5 over which was lowered to impeding, regardless I refused to sign the document.after so many points they won't let you get behind the wheel anywhere on or off the property

I understand that, however the drivers privacy protection act it clearly states only in the normal course of business to verify accuracy of personal information, an employer may obtain information relating to the holder of a CDL which I don't haveIt's public record.
Is it permissable by law for an employer to randomly check your driving record without consent? We aren't referring to a pre employment screen, just a random check? Then issue the employee a random written warning?
