Good luck, my experience last year was most were as reliable as wet toilet paper.
We used Progressive Irrigation and I was very happy with them. They were one time, honest and our price never changed from our quote.

We had a lot done at our place irrigation, grading, flower beds, mulch, stones, beach installed, sod and seeding. Half the landscapers we called for qutoes never called back, some came out and never submitted a quote, I had one change his price plus $4000 the day before he was going to start.
