Landscape side work

Hey guys. I always like to post up here first to see if anybody has a recommendation for me. With as many hours as I'm working right now, and helping out at my sisters house I just don't have the time to take a day off work to get this done. My new house has a large shed/pole barn towards the far left of the lot. Out in front of the pole barn is about a 15' x 8' section that I would like some rock put down so when I'm going in and out of the shed I'm not driving on mud after it rains tracking it inside the barn. I keep my lawn equipment in the barn and it makes it real difficult when it's muddy out.

Looking to see if you guys can recommend anybody to haul in the rock and lay down and spread it around. The guy that I usually use hurt himself last weekend, he's gonna be out of commission till at least July and I like to get it done sooner than that.

Thanks guys

How in depth would you like? I'd mark off the 15x8 and remove grass/sod. Rake the area and add a layer of landscaping fabric. Depending on how deep we can go and how flat sometimes id suggest a little paver sand. Id also consider some generic wood landscaping edging to help contain the rocks.

have you found stones local? I have no HD trailers to haul more then 2 CY at a time. I'd estimate around 3 yards for 2-2.5 inches thick.

I should be able to knock it out in less then a day solo. I'd do it for gas money just to accumulate a favor bud. I've been stay at home dad the last 20 months and used to own a small landscaping business before. All my retired neighbors now get free lawn care.

Thanks for the reply buddy. I could never let you do it just for a favor, that's too much work to do as a favor. I'd be happy to pay you whatever you think is fair on top of gas. It already is all dirt. there's no grass there so it'll actually be a very simple thing. It looks like the previous owner of the house got rid of all the grass and just left dirt in front of the shed. I'll try to get some pictures later this evening. Shoot me an email if you can.

The only difficult part of the job would be the distance from the road to the shed. I'm on 7 acres, the shed is probably 200 feet from the road with no drivability access so it would have to be taken back there in a wheelbarrel.
