Lambo down!

See, even if I was able to afford a Murcielago, that would be the point where I would have to part ways with it. Engine-out clutch replacement...yuk :\

Upgrading, or staying stock?

So I quickly killed it (start with clutch pedal depressed, etc).

I don't get it......how do you kill a clutch by starting the car with the clutch pedal depressed (disengaged). Most cars require the clutch to be depressed to start the car (neutral safety switch off clutch pedal).

Damn, that's a tough way to find that out! For me every time something breaks it's an opportunity to improve the part that broke. But that's on cruddy old Mustangs. Is there any room for improvement with the Lambo?

And yes, it is still a bad ass car!

Yeah, I did a little research and your previous clutch was pretty hard core. Guys on Lambo forum(first time I've ever been there!) said a stock clutch is good for about 6k to 9k miles?

Well at least you drive your car. You live and you learn. Enjoy it once you get it going again.

There is a dude that lives by me that must flip 'em......he has or had Red/White Pountach, White Diablo, White Gallardo, and bounces a Orange Murcielago.....they seem to have traction problems : /

speaking of the Pountach can you even buy 345/35/ZR15 anymore? (Edit: I checked...$679ea...damn)
