junk Torque Coonverter?

So the truck jumps foward feels just liek you got tapped from behind by another car when you come up to a stop, then when you go to accelerate it free revs, slips then grabs, and free revs at rando times going down the road like it popped into nuetral but it didnt.... im guessing the torque converter is junk anyone agree? god dam winter beaters

the tap is probably a down shift.

sounds like low fluid or a plugged filter
