Ever try Meguiar's #26 High Tech Yellow Wax? It's bad ass stuff! Looks great on red and black paints.

Yeah, its good stuff. I have tried all kinds of different stuff. I get better and better with every car I do, I always find better ways to do things...

Great looking SS, but you need to get some chrome's on there.

Great looking ride. Did you have it at the livernois open house?

I know there is a company that you can send your stock wheels into, and get chrome wheels back. Is that what you did?

Black is definitely hard to keep clean but looks good if you stay after it. Heres my DD thats been thru 3 winters now.

I was at the Livernois open house but parked across the street. You may have heard me leave..

Ah that was your SS! I wanted to ask you how you lowered it. What kit / parts ect.

I've got the DJM upper A-arms and lower strut mounts on the front and I adjusted the bags in the back. The truck sits at 30.5" ground to fenderlip all the way around now. I also did front/rear sway bars at the same time.

If you're AWD I think all you need are the upper A-arms to get the same drop.

Nope, 2WD. Thanks for the info. How'd you adjust the bags? I might even drop them just to make it sit level all the way around for now.

Below is a pic of drivers side leveler.

1) You can keep the rear tires on just use a 10mm long exentsion
2) take off front bolt on drivers side and then rear bolt unloosen and slide the leveler to the rear of the truck so the bolt is bottomed out on rear oval
3) do the same to the passengers side
4) now this pic of drivers side leveler is with the leveler pointed down to the ground all the way which when doing the same on the passengers side it lowers the truck all the way till the air comes out of the bags.
5) When adjusting the driver side move the leveler up to lift and down to lower. Same as passengers side. So if on drivers side twist the leveler clockwise to lift and pass side counter clockwise to lower
6) so pretty much like this when you turn the leveler up the truck goes up and when you move them down they go down.

Be patient. It takes some time to get both sides dialed to the same height.

Jake
