This person is a scammer.

I needed the code, so I sent a message to this person about a week ago asking how much she would want to end the auction early. We went back and forth and she seemed very trustworthy, and has 137 positive feedbacks so I figured she was a legit person.
She said she'd need $45 to end it early and she would send me the code in an email right after I sent payment.
I sent payment and didn't hear from her for days until after I had filed a paypal dispute and called paypal to escalate it to a claim immediately, because I ended up buying the code from another ebay member who sent the code to me in a message.
The skank has now relisted the item. She has taken my paypal and never responded. I will have to wait for paypal to refund me in about a week that is IF SHE DOES NOT SCREW ME BY SENDING A PHONY number or something. If she provides tracking, paypal will not refund me and I'm out $45.
This couldn't have come at a worse time, as I had to put $220+ into my car replacing the clutch and I also had to buy books for 2 other classes, plus another Wiley plus code so I am BROKE at the moment and will not see cash until Wed, so she screwed me at the wrong time.
I'm thinking bid on that item and then just don't pay for it or someway to screw her out of selling it. What can I do? Online scammers make me sick. They're about as low as you can get and are just as bad as any other crook.
Any suggestions, Motown?
