Jelly is selling widebands again

Well....1 post on syty and I got banned.:roll:

All I did was link the LS1Tech stuff and said that I would not want him associated with my business.

Here is the message I sent to the admin.

Hi, I would like to know why exactly I was banned.

I had one post and just registered today. I joined a discussion already in progress and said nothing bad about anyone. I linked to another message board for people who were not informed about a shops employee and his dealings with the public.

I have first hand knowledge of the incident as I had to sue this person and the shop and had to have his shop seized and auctioned off to recover my money. I think your members would like to know that a certain shop employs such a person. Not only his character but also his ability as an engine builder. In the thread in question there were a few people who didn't know what the others were talking about. I did not join your sight to start trouble.

All I did was link to LS1Tech where they have an entire forum dedicated to this person/shop. The least you could have done is warn me that links to other websites were not allowed.

Thanks,
Andy

I have been really sick all day, so I had nothing to do with the thread splits, and trashing. At SyTy.net, we all are somewhat familiar with what happened at APE. The moderators and administrators have dealt with very similar problems on syty.net with our other vendors (motor mishaps, deals gone wrong ect).

We have created a policy of no-vendor bashing and believe that deals with a vendor are personal issues that need to be dealt with off the board. How you deal with it off the board is in your hands, thats why we have court systems ect. If you have a legitament complaint relating to syty's we have a "dog house" forum. http://www.syty.net/forums/announcement.php?f=40

At Motownmuscle nothing is really censored and that has good effects and bad. SyTy.net is mainly a technical site, and used to share information about the trucks as very few were made.

I feel bad for you guys who got screwed in this whole deal, but in all honesty, Brad has not wronged anyone yet on Syty.net. Most everyone is aware of the former problems that have not yet been resolved and Ken has brought it up in Brad's forum on syty.net, so most of the community is aware of the problem.

It's stupid to have a no vendor bashing thing...makes ya think you are just in it for the sponsorship money and not the right reason...

So your vendor can employ the biggest scam artist I have ever personally seen ( THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ) and publicly advertise and solicit business publicly but members can't publicly warn other members about who works there? This isn’t hearsay. It is a fact that Chris scammed a lot of people!
That just means that you are money grubbers just looking for advertisers/venders money. Think about your members BEFORE your advertisers!

Yeah, we are in it for the money......give me a break dude. It takes a lot to support syty.net and $75 is a drop in the bucket (the cost of advertising) we don't charge fees so certain people can see certain forums or become a "club" member. The syty community is not like the LS1 community, we only have 9 vendors that support our trucks. You guys have tons of aftermarket ect. Syty.net is a very small community, and the word is out and around, believe me.

It is false to think that people don't know who Jelly is on Syty.net, like I said people like Ken and everyone else from LS1 have pointed it out. We don't need 50 plus people comming to .net to tell us and inform us, we already know.

This is the last I am posting on this.

all existing threads were deleted and wiped of existance, its up to people to remember, they arent going to find that info on that site anymore

There is a different between vendor bashing and downright covering for a crook. We don't allow vendor bashing on Motown. If you have an issue, we welcome you to post it, and we will monitor the thread until it gets resolved. We have done this many times.

You must be pretty nieve when it comes to Stripper Motorsports! Why would he keep an employee like Chris around? It definitley costs him business. The fact is, that Chris is behind Stripper Motorsports, and Brad is nothing but a frontman. Wake up!

I feel sorry for your club, because when he bails and leaves you guys with empty wallets, your small community will get even smaller. Best of luck to you.

-Geoff
