Jeep TRACKHAWK

What's the most powerful vehicle to ever have a full time AWD transfer case? I'll wait while you come up with something with an actual transfer case that is within 100 HP of the Hellcat.

To say they don't have to worry about it is silly. It may be possible to design and package something that will live but it certainly is something they had to design new stuff to handle and are worried about.

It looks like the E63 AWD system is an open diff with a 33/67 torque split. If the Jeep also sent 33% to the front with the LX car power rating that's 22% more power going to the front. Maybe the current front diff and half shafts sized for off roading are capable of handling that or more already?

yes I read they are beefing up stuff so that's why I made the silly comment

maybe the jeep will be priced the same as an overpriced new ctsv

my 04 4wd ram handled almost 600hp with stock front components and tcase, so I go again with won't have to worry about it, since the jeep parts are better

the nu venture case in the AWD GM trucks took 1000HP before they would crack...cool to see how much they have to over engineer it to survive.

Your Ram was a selectable t case though. There's a big difference in locking 4 High and open differentials or clutches. This thing would have the capability to fucking fry a clutch. I would be surprised if they went active with a clutch but I guess it is possible.

What people put through an aftermarket t case and what passes durability are also not the same. The GM T case may not break the housing until 1000 HP but running durability so it can have a warranty probably wouldn't work at 900 HP.
