Jake (The Dog) needs a new home.

Let me start by saying, I'm not a fan of giving dogs away, but this guy needs a good home. Mom and Dad are getting a divorce and Dad doesn't have the time to spend with him (he is in the car business) and Mom moved out of state. Dad is looking into dog walkers, but really thinks it would be better for Jake to have a family with time.

His name is Jake. He is a 1yr and 9 month old Lab/Terrier mix according to the MHS. I would venture to say he has some Pitbull or related species in him. He is still very much a puppy, but he has had some obedience training.

He is a co-worker and is really broken hearted that he has to give his buddy up. He knows it's for the better though. Brian will be interviewing the folks that adopt him.

Is he fixed? I've been wanting a playmate for Opal and we've been waiting till we got a house, but that little guy would probably be perfect. He's just a little older so an age difference wouldn't cause a difference in energy levels.

Hope Jake finds a good home.
Have him be sure to visit the homes of the few people he narrows down after interviewing them. Make sure they have things like fenced in yards, etc.
